Brexit information for customers from Great Britain:
For goods in consignments not exceeding £135 net value (which equals to £162 gross), VAT is accounted for at the point of sale - as it did prior to Brexit. This means you pay VAT at the point of sale.

For goods in consignments exceeding £135 net, we are obligated not to charge you the VAT. VAT will be collected by the courier company at the point of delivery (or after) and additional courier fee for this service will apply.

Please note, no import duties are due on our products as they are all made in Poland (within the EU).

Dispatch & Delivery


All items are carefully checked before dispatch, well packed with bubble wrap and double boxed if necessary.
If the goods are damaged in-transit, please notify us immediately by email (please attach pictures).

Any damages must be reported within (5) days from the date of delivery.

You will be given the option to have the product replaced at no charge to you or to have a full refund.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to the address below in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. 

Please email us o obtain the return address.

Please note that uncollected parcels from Royal Mail and DPD collection points, as well as undelivered parcels due to the incorrectly provided delivery address will return to us.

A refund will be issued after deducting delivery, return cost and damages if any.

Please note, we will only accept returned goods in 'as new' condition.
